Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, named after Bharat Ratna Sir M. Visvesvaraya, is a dream - comes - true of Technocrats and Academicians of Karnataka. VTU, one of the biggest Technological Universities in India, having more than 200 engineering colleges affiliated to it with a number of UG, PG & Research programs in engineering & management is organizing its first 2-day National Conference on recent advances in antennas & its applications in the heart of the Bangalore city at its VTU Regional campus in Nagarabhavi. The aim of this conference is to provide a platform for faculties, engineers, researchers, industrialists & students to discuss and promote research in the wonderful world of antennas. The main objective of the national conference is to provide an excellent forum for exchange of knowledge, research results and new directions of research in these areas amongst the participants from both academia and industries spread all over the country. NConANT'12 calls for participants to submit their papers describing the author's original work (not published anywhere else till date) in any of the related areas mentioned in the conference topics. A number of keynote sessions from eminent speakers across the country will be speaking on the current technologies in the field of antennas & its applications. A number of oral & poster sessions will accompany the key note sessions. Selected papers would be published in the Journal of IETE and Journal of IE (ET).
