ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES OF PLACEMENT CELL

The role of the Training and Placement Cell is of a facilitator and counselor for placement related activities. Training and Placement Cell does not guarantee a job.

 

• To facilitate the students for internship program as per the discipline by contacting the appropriate organization.
• To correspond to prospective companies for interview date and schedule of events.
• To arrange for selection process as per the company requirements at the campus
• To collect the appointment letters or correspond to the recruiters to receive the offer letters.
• Provide the required skill sets to cater to the recruiter expectations through external trainers or through the internal resource members.
